The Problem
Managing and tracking obligations is a challenge many businesses face. Often done manually or not at all, failure to manage obligations can lead to severe consequences, damaging a company's reputation, relationships, and even its viability. Robin AI identified the opportunity to streamline this process, aligning with users' feedback and market demands.
Defining the Solution
The proposed Obligation Management feature offers a systematic approach to tracking and fulfilling obligations. Whether stemming from contracts, statutory duties, torts, or equitable obligations, this feature provides users with a cohesive solution.
Key obligations encompass:
- Time-based obligations: Ensuring tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines.
- Action-based obligations: Mandating affirmative actions to meet contractual commitments.
- Negative obligations: Restricting certain actions to maintain ethical practices.
